the problem with masters is the store itself. its not a hardware store, its not a nursery, and its not a white goods store. its a generic random store that has no real identity and falls to third or fourth tier of choice for shoppers. if your going to call it a hardware store then put some hardware items in there, if its meant to be a nursery get rid of the white goods, if its a white good store lose the plants. when i want to buy things, masters is the last place i think of, and i am an ex wow employee. i will actually drive past my local masters store to go to bunnings, and harvey norman.
