    Hi croc

China currently have just over 10 gigawatts nuclear capacity. They are targeting 80 gigawatts by 2020 via State Owned Enterprise. It is government and party policy, so it will happen.

Now 80 gigawatts is a *lot* of power. The United States currently operate at 100 gigawatts so you have some idea of where China are headed.

India has very little uranium and is dependent on uranium imports to sustain itself already. They are currently operating at 5 gigawatts. They want 20 gigawatts nuclear capacity by 2020 and 60+ gigawatts by 2030.

You really think uranium is going to trickle off into obscurity? That's a willfully ignorant attitude to take. The world's two biggest countries are just warming up on top of the existing demand from the rest of the globe. We have never seen development and growth on this scale before. Get excited.

Nuclear power is the most efficient power source in human history. Of all time. Uranium is just getting started. New generation reactors coming online are only becoming safer and more effective. In fact, Paladin Energy looks like a pretty good buy too!
