Lower and lower earnings in a tough market.
Endless tax loss selling.
Seemingly endless run of bad news.
On the upside...I think the breakup value of their businesses well and truly covers their market cap and/or EV so can see some value there.
Patience required but I'll be looking to slowly accumulate at these sort of prices.
