They had their chance when the market was hot to raise capital and get their company established with strong revenue and profit.

Many took that time to get access to cash and then went into cruise mode - now access to easy money has dried up

The speculative support for "stories" has gone

It now a grind and companies that do not have the numbers will collapse under the weight of salaries/fees/consultants/ etc/ etc

Easy access to funds via a CR is now a new ball game

The investor is now demanding transparency. They will not part with their dollars unless the details are convincing.

A fairy tale does not cut the mustard any more.

Why because many of those on the gravy train get their payment on the way through.

The share holders are left with the dregs.
