Why are you not critical of posters that post "repetitive crap" in a positive theme?
Re: Listing on the NSX, "heart palpitations", setting up European shell companies to move shares into, etc.
Other "negative" posters do not get the responses that you afford @ozblue - are you basically just trying to discredit him because there is merit in his posts and it does not suit your sentiment of owning WFE shares?

Majority of all posts are all based on opinions and/or interpretation of announcements or in some cases if you happen to have the ear of Brewer.
I don't necessarily agree with everything ozblue or others that are critical of the company post (@fooca @Wooks08 @mathewb @HAC30 @MeToo@Cosmoterios) but each bring up valid concerns which are generally just dismissed as "I don't want to hear that" / "you don't own shares, why do you care" / whats the point of your post / "just a Brewer/ML basher" or what ever other reason that you use to avoid answering / debating.

Here are some questions that you may like to field a reply to ...
@trader x Received an email response from the ASX, part of it refers to re-complying with admission requirements as set out in Chapters 1 & 2
Would that infer that there will be a consolidation of the SOI?
Other than the re-complying on the ASX, IMO the upcoming IPO to list on the LSE would also be at an ASX SOI consolidation monetary match making the LSE IPO price more attractive than bearing the stigma of an ASX "penny stock"

The JV is by name only as it has to be ratified by the shareholders and WFE have to be re-listed on the ASX, would the Binding HOA remain if "as suggested by some" WFE leave the ASX?

Contrary to what has been announced, the royalty payments mentioned in the BOA only mentions prevailing "LME" pricing, are you suggest that LME Fastmarkets will be the pricing benchmarks used and there has been an alteration to the "BOA" terms that only a select few are privy to? Would you consider that information should be part of the company's continuous disclosure and made in an announcement rather than being critical of Ozblue's questioning of this versus your version of part of a private discussion with the company?

There seems to be very little concern that WFE have not released their Quarterlies, this is a contradiction of WFE's Corporate Governance, the listing rules of the ASX and a contravention of the Corporations Act (which clearly states that public listed companies regardless if they are generating profits or not currently trading) are still bound to release their Financial Statements.

There has been no mention in any announcements that WFE have obtained the "Category B" License that is required for them to operate the Luapula Processing Plant, this is also some of the continuous disclosure information that shareholders are entitled to be made aware of.
I am not suggesting that WFE release an announcement at everything they progressively tick off, but with Brewer continually suggesting that there will be an announcement soon / next week etc, this could be sort of the information that could be released periodically.
