In essence, what's going on is the company is attempting to tick off the boxes as required by the ASX to fulfill the re-compliance procedure following the company's acquisition of a processing plant to become an industrial producer of copper/cobalt concentrate, adopting a strategy to buy ore from 3rd parties and process to sell the concentrate at a profit.

There is a whole bunch of discussion about irrelevant things such as whether the company has a JORC resource etc etc. Now those things are irrelevant as the company isn't proposing to mine it's own resource, rather it is processing other people's ore.

There's also discussion about pre-paid offtake agreements and heart palpitaions etc, but again, the pre-paid offtake is speculation from the peanut gallery and the company has in fact only discussed offtake agreements (not necessarily pre-paid).

Your best bet is to head to the ASX website and read the company announcements so that you don't get all turned around by the hundreds of comments on HC that are filled with speculation and fueled by a desire to 'be right' to 'bait' to 'argue for the sake of it' and just some good 'ol trolling!
