    Just want to also add - its really poor form.

    There are many shareholders like yourself (assuming you are a genuine shareholder) who have been stuck in this for 12 Months; unable to get their money out and; unable to find out what is really going on.

    The least you could do was play it with a straight bat, so all shareholders could work out unified voice to take to management of the company.

    Instead you go about making "Stuff" up.

    Really poor form.
