The application with ASX has been withdrawn as there have been a number of material discussions taking place recently - my trip the other week to China for instance - and as a result of that we need to make some major changes to the application
Having ASX continue to review and approve the current application is now pointless given how we are now closing the deal - as such we pulled it and will update it after next week.
We will then continue to push with ASX, and we are also continuing with the LSE dual listing. We are also considering other options if ASX take too long - as you rightly say this is taking far far too long and we actually now need to get on with things on the ground.
As to your points
ASX listing and where to from here - will update in next few weeks and look to proceed. ASX is preferred option in Australia.
LSE dual listing, how when ASX is no longer in the picture - dual listing process is in process
Basic timeframe to hopefully trading - Juy is when I see it all happening, but of course a few things need to fall in place for that
Basic timeframe to doing cobalt in DRC and coming out of limbo - we’ve previously advised up to a 4-6 month time frame to commence production
Have we got in principal offtake - we have received numerous in principle offers and approached from groups in Europe and Asia and are obviously pushing ahead with these
Is the plant and resources funding still available - yes and we are pushing ahead with the funding for these now
Is ML still involved - I was with him in China the other week
Anything that you may deem important for me to know and understand the detailed update to follow will provide much more and will go out on the appropriate ASX platform

Sounds promising, although everything JB has released in the last 12 months whether via official announcement or the bird always is worded in "weeks", and those "weeks" never happen. I guess now all we can do if let everything take it course and hope that we end up trading on some platform.
