The ASX is not keeping WFE in suspension, the BOD are. There is a list of things the BOD have to do to be relisted, because they approached this whole venture in the incorrect manner.

Anger and questions should be directed at the BOD. Ask the BOD why they tried to backdoor list the new project. Ask them why they didn't engage Independent Experts (acceptable Competent persons as per the guidelines) last year to do the necessary work etc.
Ask the BOD where the business case is for the deal etc. etc.

Don't blame the ASX when it is clearly not their fault.
