A one shot (or 2 shot) one - once in a lifetime -- same deal as Influenza.
really - that's been a holy grail for a long time and these new technologies may well make it more than possible - I'd say probable.
Cancer is a big area that I think will be of huge interest.
I find that something like cancer is a horrendous and cruel disease --- bad enough for people who are a billion years old - had their life ----------- but, I have always looked at young people who die from it - in their 30's with young families - or kids themselves - and, thought -------------- there's nothing very fair about life. Some people just get the shit end of the deal - and, if we can make that better - then, I'm all for it
