Okay, I'll play - the old footy cards we used to get with the Scanlens bubble gum - and I'm talking about the cards that you flipped over to complete a puzzle - the puzzle (from memory) was usually (if you got every single card) a big photo of the previous year's Grand Final at the SCG.
Side Note - I met Peter Scanlen (he was the son - I think of the founder - at least 10 years ago - he would have already been pushing 60's - 70 by then then) - sadly, the US imports (Hubba Bubba etc) put his Aussie brand out of business. When I met him, he had reinvented his business into gumball machines - the ones you used to see outside supermarkets - he had thousands of these machines out there and had people running around filling them up. Not sure how successful this business was.
