and it still resembles rabbits, rather than chickens
the rib cages have load of little bones, nothing like a chicken rib cage but the chicken wings appear authentic....I chuck them in the rubbish bin the drumsticks also appear real, although I must admit I have never seen a cooked rabbit...or its thigh bones
I do like the skin with its herbs and spices, but there is too much fat for my liking
and I will give them this much, they do appear small as in chickens, versus the monstrous things sold at snakeways which must be giant chooks, or full of growth hormones
some of the thighs I have seen at the snakeway deli, look more like prehistoric chooks, they look bigger than a whole chook
I think you eat the supermarket chooks at your peril
almost forgot, the breast meat, is another gigantic piece of meat....hard to believe what those chooks would look like cheers
