Unlikely SMM would be to willing to allow them to bring it for refining to their controlled Phillipines facility. So more likely an approac to Vale Ino but would need to check that they could take the stuff that would come from Isabel e.g. laterite nickle. Not sure what its exact chemical make up it is. Sometimes some deposits create refining complexities.
