    I guess that when everyone is talking billions, it is inconsequential. Should it be?

    Seems Julia has a hollow log with that pittance in it, budgeted for "projects decided upon but not announced". Read: pre-election pork barrelling.

    Didn't we have a budget brought down last night? Good time to announce those projects I'd have though.
