Price should not have been capped. Share price would have run to maybe 3 or 4 cents and then if needed capital raised at higher levels.
If this fails, they don't have another prospect and who (based on this conduct) would leave their money in while they look for an alternative. Its Warro or nothing for me which makes me wonder why the placement was needed in the first place, and why so close to the drill? The only answer you can come up with is quick profits for mates at mates rates.
