Placement of Shares
The Company wishes to announce the placement of 100 million fully paid ordinary
shares at a price of 0.25 cents per share to raise $250,000 before costs of the issue.
The proceeds will be used to extinguish short term loans and for working capital
purposes.
The shares will rank pari passu with the existing issued ordinary shares of the
Company.
The Company proposes to make a further placement of shares as soon as possible,
subject to the approval of shareholders at the annual meeting to be held on 5 August
2005. The further placement is principally aimed to provide funds for the Company’s
exploration projects and investigate and fund potential new opportunities. The directors
intend to offer shareholders a priority right to subscribe to this placement and details will
be announced as soon as possible.
