adik,
My understanding is that it is an electronic robot.
They are programs for sophisticated fund managers and others that may be able to afford them.
They are designed to either buy shares OR sellshares without having too much influence on the market.
On the other hand they may also possibly be used from time to time to 'force' a move in the market!
There may be others out there who can explain it better than me.
