$39m up-front based on interim data that has not yet gone through clinical trials. Doesn't sound too far away from where PYC want to be by year-end, i.e. getting into the clinic with a few internal projects.
Might solve a few cash flow concerns if they could pull something like that through..
What's a deal worth..?
