Capacity: I don't possess an infinite supply of cash with which to keep buying shares while they are at this level. I have reached the limit of what I'm prepared to invest at present.

So basically a point-in-time comparison is totally naive.

I don't recall you were this bullish on RAP's technologies ever...lol. Like I told you, it was only a matter of when and not if. Technically the bid is 25% higher than previously close of 8.4c which does sound very impressive so management did do a "good" job except the pps was so very low to begin with.
