All fair points TT, but when it comes to being acquired, you have to take a point-in-time valuation. And at this point in time, Pfizer’s offer was much higher than the market as a whole. My comment is less to you, who might (quite realistically) expect 15c by end of this year, and more to posters who think Pfizer should be offering $0.50 or $1.00 when the prior close was $0.09.
