What's a Fair Price for ASH?, page-22

Ok I have gone back through all of the substantial holder reports for Richmond HILL / Viburnum Funds.

Their initial purchase was for an off market purchase of 10,492,759 share from the AEF fund back in November 2017 they paid 15.5 cents per share.
They continue to buy more share up until February 2022 where it peaked at 16,592,969 shares.
Their average cost for the 16,592,969 shares purchased is 28.8c per share.
They started selling in August 2023. And have continued to sell
as of 1/3/2024 there share holdings is now @ 7,903,752 shares.

so anything sold under 29c will erode any profit they have made on the shares they have sold up until now.

the latest substantial holding report dated 1/3/2024 has their average sell price at .29c.

With the remaining shares they have to get .22c or higher to come out of this all square.

Will that be the floor, who knows. Does not include the divi’s they have received though.
