You have to wonder why they would cap the amount of shares issued to existing holders it would seem logical to let us have what we want and then offer the rest on market or at minimum a one for one entitlement, large holders are losing big time, but then if management handle it badly we can probably buy for less than the issue price in the aftermath.
I have to say I am losing confidence in management, going from TH to VS sends alarm bells to the market and rightly so, they clearly had no plan on Monday and are making important decision on the run. IMO it will take a while for any serious investors to regain confidence especially with the biggest shareholder holding THAT convertible note maturing 2019.
It seems management have backed themselves into a corner and RCF will be steering this thing in the future.
