Having fooled around with minerals sands in the Tiwi and elsewhere they'll have no problems steadily scaling up production. If it takes a little while say 2-3 years. It's not a problem because these guys need to walk before they can run and the supply demand picture of TiO2 products and ZrSiO4 needs to be clearer and stronger so that time frame will suit.
