Dear Madam,

im reading your defense of the idea that Mesoblast will need extra capital in 12 months or so .

im not pretentious poster to say something as a definitive word that close the conversation. But i want use my expertise built in 35 years of sucessfull trade in share market , and like most posters here , share a little bit of my knowledge .

You dont judge a share for the down size without judge also the up side

meaning we always must balance pros and cons .

maybe should be interesting (just for sake of fairness) imagine that phase 3 that is forecast to 2020 come to approval will be positive ,

have u have any idea or would like to guess the size of such approval will bring to the share ?

under such sittuation i would like make a childish exercise with you:

you buy today at 1.80
the share flight to 5.00
and a capital raise come to support new sales team of revascor at 4.30

would u buy ? Would you cry ?


CR is just bad when the dilution dont come with future earnings .
CR to support admin and bad management or not sucessfull mining endeavours yes , is a disaster .

but every single Cr of MSB was used in sucessfull activities that now is coming to a fruition phase


having said that i cant forecast if we will need ( or not) a CR
in 12 months , but what i can for sure say is:

a good result in next heart failure programme will bring so much big partners and so big deals that with or without CR all people will look todays posts and say ...

well i miss totally the share of the year (or not!!!!! )
