so does this sound right

smelting business put into new entity
new entity floated on euro PE multiples
zfx gets a truck load of euro dollars ...
zfx then sells ore to smelters and become more a mner and less a zinc concentrate resailer

where is the bulk of the profit ATM??
is it in the mine or is it in the smelting opperations??
