I'd say probably a fear that soon enough they're gonna have to do another cap raising at 1c or cheaper which will dilute the company even more!!!

As of the last quarterly report they only had $81k left in the bank.

I'd say a cap raising is immenant and insiders are selling out now only to get in cheaper soon.
