I guess the final question is where is the 1.4billion truly originating from.
If it is in fact Angolan national money, they could just simply invest that directly into their own projects without the circle work. If this is the case, a 1.4billion direct deposit into the US would be looked into further imo
If its another countries money lent to Angolan nationals for some particular reason (perhaps electoral etc), then the circle work speaks for itself and makes complete sense. Given that the 'particular reasoning' conditions are met, I would expect a further wave of buying behind that 1.1billion into Angola.
Anyways, I guess the next news CVI shareholders will be awaiting is the Angolan election results.
