On the flipside, this could be the fee Angola need to pay the US (via Pendasor through management fees & merger/acquisition fees) for the US and US investment banks to give the green light for foreign investment into Angolan mining and infrastructure projects. Would guarantee an upcoming election win for the Angolan govt too imo
Needs to happen one day.
