this is my understanding of CVI as well.

atleast MAK has a company making project and are trying to get to production ASAP in order to MAKE money. they have a timeline and are sticking to it- like any serious and prudent investor should be interested in.

instead, CVI has a different approach. they constantly RAISE money to acquire more and more projects. their assets are the most diversified for a junior than anyone i have ever seen. they are not focusing on anyone particular project. its a bit like how "the jack of all trades is master of none". junior companies have limited cash and they should try to focus on their most advanced project to get it cashflow positive. for this reason i doubt they will actually ever turn cashflow positive.
