ESG was a similar company recently that got taken over after its sp was pushed so low (from $1.15 to low 50s)...so when the offer from STO came in at 85c (or something similar), it represented a "premium" of almost 60-70% over the sp...
this same old STO had been buying above $1 for the last 24 months...
so this one looks like a classic play of pushing the sp down so bad that any offer at 50-75% premium over the last 30 day VWAP looks like god send...
if this made to languish sub 11c, I will be suprised if we see a TO offer at 20c...this is not how these ugly manipulators operate...they starve you of oxygen to a level where you wish that you would die (Sell and run) or come in with a ridiculous low amount of oxygen (low ball offer) but we plebs are in no position to say NO as we think we will die either way...
Just hope that the management can pull something out of the bag now to push the sp to 20c + to make any offer (if it is in the pipeline) a respectable offer...
(ESG figures could be off by a few cents here and there, it happened a few quarters ago and my memory is fading me now - HELP)...
