I have a conspiracy theory that goes like this.

I find it unbelievable that NXS has been sitting on its hands for the past nine months in terms of future direction. I think a buyer has already been found and the hiring of consultants to work out what is the best way forward is just a smoke screen.

M&G have transferred their shares to entities, controlled by the buyer, in lots that don’t require change of ownership notifications. They will ultimately get reimbursed for ‘selling’ them for knockdown prices. In the meantime the SP is being held at artificially low values to demoralize us so that the offer that is received will be viewed as fabulous. Then the NXS consultants will be wheeled out to suggest the sale of the company, at the low offer price, is the best way forward. This ridiculous offer price will be accepted by all of us. I think the offer price will be 18-20c.
