As stated by the company on numerous occasions they in discussions with a Chinese Company with technology already in use in China that treats toxic waste, and they want to list and take global. Let's say, they have earnings of only $5m, and place on a P/E of 15 times, this means a very conservative $75m. This is bring conservative....
Clealy with the stealt buying the deal looks good.
I suggest if, when the deal is done, this stock will explode.
