To date, the Investor doesn't appear to have taken the bait. The way things are going, LCK might not be able to claim the Second Tranche ($6 million) until the last possible date (13 January 2022). If that's proves to be the case, a shareholder CR is a very real possibility. The Investor appears to be quite shrewd, and in control, a force to be reckoned with, bless its little American heart.
