Yes some data on road noise would be interesting at various speeds. My inclination is that generally an EV would be quieter at highway speeds because I suspect most of them have a lower Cd than ICE vehicles which should relate to wind noise. Then while some ICE vehicles would be as quiet as EVs at low speed most would not be even close. IMO tyre noise would be a major factor at medium speeds and that can vary greatly between tread types.
