State and federal governments around the globe are buying battery backup in the cities and towns all over the globe as its a fast way to get power on board.
The problem is ev sales are poor. Over 80% of new cars sold are still petrol. It will take a long time to displace petrol.
I've gone ev myself. The car I bought has since dropped in price by over $15K.
Might start seeing some bargain prices as dealers struggle to sell them.
Car dealers want them gone so a good time to put the pressure back on the dealer.
Remember they are desperate to sell them right now.
