The thing is - There is always news pending here. It's just a matter of when the news drops. We know what is in the oven cooking, but when it happens and what exactly materialises, is what the market is waiting for. This is just a time game. There is very little volume being traded, as the large institutions holders aren't selling, so its only retail allowing shares to exchange hands. These fluctuations of 10%-20% don't mean much when the total volume is so low.
We know that a material announcement of significant value is going to rerate this to a new high, and it may be near, it's just a matter of timing. I would just not want to be left clutching air when it does happen...
