I have the utmost confidence in EXT management but i must admit to being a bit surprised at hearing that EXT took advice from a RIO executive on the appointment of a Director and to the subsequent app't of one who has def got a toe in the RIO camp.

I certainly don't see RIO as the enemy, however they are our most likely T/O suitor and it does worry me if they get too much of a presence on our board(at this stage).

RIO's presence at the meeting today and there obvious communication with EXT mgt prior to this does lead me to one conclusion though and that is that they are viewing this as a potential JV with Extract rather then a clean T/O. Just my opinion.
