I agree it's not ideal to have a director on board from Rio but it's a lot better than the alternative, at least we know his allegiances wont lie with Kalahari

Had they not put someone in the job when they did, they certainly wouldn't have had any chance after the meeting because Kalahari would then have the balance of power on the board and therefore control of the company.

By getting him in before the meeting, Extract management have pulled a master stroke and regained the upper hand.

It was nice to see Bob Buchan at least turn the tables on Kalahari as he was pushed out the door.
