Absolutely correct. If I owned more than 15% of a company I would expect some representation on the board, I would want to have a say in how my asset was being handled.
Whilst I don't want RIO to block any other approaches (and with only one seat on the board they can't) I do want them to know that others are coming knocking on EXT's door. I want them to know that they are not the only ones who think we are beautiful.
