I am a bit lossed here with your statements

Challenger, Qld trustee, NAB have all started a legal process to wind up or get money and OCV is defending all of these.

They are disputing so all will end in drawn out court matters.

NAB will get solved by LLA I believe

NZ moratorium set

Wellington Capital in charge of negotiating PIF interest and claims against OCV (friendly party)

If you look at the cash position they could if forced pay out challenger just leaving notes fight.

This is all brinkmanship as Challenger and Notes in particular are playing out the scene where they put a gun to their own head and so pay up or I shoot. They pull the trigger they get stuff all.

Come to arrangement and get money back.

I think they will get through even if it means some form of creditors scheme official or unofficial.
