The creditors opted out of discussions and goign direct to court to place OCV into administration.

Its pretty basic legal intervention. OCV does not have a leg to stand on.

We are basically finished imo.

Tuart...I am bemused by you stating nothing has changed.

Everything just changed.

The public trustee of QLD just decided 10 cent sin the dollar is better than 90 cents in the dollar 3 years later.

They want OCV to go under for good.

Their is no arguement against the public trustee...they want what is owed. They will get 1-15 cents in the dollar. Do they need the cash? They are the government. Our taxes will top up their loss on this one.

Its pretty simple from here.

Shine any light you want on it but in the end...face up to the obvious conlcusion your mind is eluding to....its over my friends.

From here....the vultures go for the carcass.....we are last in line.

A shell of a company may exist in the end. 35% of Stell to be gone also to sort all this out. I bet Korda though gets his normal fees.

Big loss for me this one....but a well earned one and one I will take in my stride and learn from in every possible way. I failed in many ways and more than happy to take the knocks..from me and others....it was a severe mistake that cost hundreds of thousands.

But..all in all.....I have gained something from it....a little more wisdom. I cant see a couple of hundred thousand worth of wisdom worth yet but hope it will come to me eventually.
