Please exlain this. My understanding is that at conversion time BBI announces the terms of the rollover. Individuals then decide whether to convert or rollover to new terms.

The same goes for BEPPA (in 2012), to my understanding.

This isnt some proposal to shareholders at a AGM than needs a certain % of votes to be passed.

Am I incorrect?
