Too many traders here I think used to looking at prices relative to yesterday. When I see the words good to very good porosity, I would not call 15c a moronic guess. In fact, I would say buying at 10c today is a lot smarter than when people were buying at 5c a month ago. This well is significantly de-risked now and a 10 m column in good porosity is not trivial. The oil over the shakers previously announced also suggests permeability.
