I've already said this before but the other point to make I forgot to put in there is that when MMR released that announcement, BUY should've posted it up straight away just like any other JV companies do, instead they chose to rewrite it and post it 2 1/2 hours later.
Notice that even MMR posted BUY's notice straight away. You can defend them all you like, I really don't give a rat's, just pointing it out for people that may not notice or understand and for you that I think you've missed.
An unorthodox way of communicating with shareholders imo.
