BUY didn't think the survey announcement was price sensitive but MMR did. Go figure.
BUY may not be operators but they have a duty of disclosure to their shareholders as soon as information is available to the market. Holding back announcements for any reason is illegal. Not damned if you do, only damned if you don't.
