    If enough customers who had cash held at the CBA asked for their cash back it would fail.

    Spot on. This is why fear mongering is irresponsible and dumb.

    Our supermarkets have no shortages, and our banks are fine. Only one bank is in trouble in the US, and it's a woke bank anyway, so you'd expect that.
