Got to love the way Taylor Collison works when it comes to shells.
These guys can hold a shell for years and years before anything happens.
Case in point, take a look at Chesser. With all that cash, they decided to acquire grounds in Senegal - and to be honest, the project's not too earth shattering.
Lawson's another one that could've flown if something substantial was done to it. 61 million shares on issue and fully controlled by TC. Again, could be years until something big happens.
My take on ARX is that they will do a split on this. With TC getting in at 60c, perhaps a 1:4 to get themselves set at 15c then RTO this with a biotech at 20c.
Let's not forget both SOL and ST on-market traded at 52.5c in April. A 1:4 means they get set at 13.5c.
