From my resaerch and discussions you are absolutely right. I think the only varialble that you have not mentioned is that with OXY going butchers with 11 wells adjacent to us, OXY may have sucked up all the equipment and specialists that are needed for the tests to be undertaken for NEN, as I assume they will be conducting the same tests for us as they are doing for OXY?

I guess the upside if what I am saying is right on this, is by coming in behind OXY will be of benefit. The reason being the expertise would have already gone through the cycle of testing for OXY and will (although I am not an oiler) have ironed out any of the bugs they have found in the testing so that our testing should be without any unforseen issues?

Given the valuable experiece that was gained from P1 I and that NEN have a high pressure well and a softer rock structure I would be wanting to get the best high level expertise in for the testing etc., after all we are not talking about a few bob on this one. If it was me I would be wanting the best expertise available for this so although I am fustrated as well I am more than happy to wait on this one, if this is what NEN is doing.

The one regret that I have is that I will miss seeing you looking like a farmer..... would love to see that!!
