    Lots of questions;Why not raise closer to $1 when we were there recently?Why the rush if they were suddenly sniffing out their prospects for a raise..possibly had to match with someone else coming on board\deal whatever?
    What benefit for citibank leaking this info?
    A gazillion ways to look at this but agree on the smoke\fire thing and the need for our BOD to come clean asap and keep updates coming...Cathode\I.P both overdue for news\update.
