Guys,
1) Hardly a surprise.
I called this on Friday. (no i didn't know about it)
They were low on cash and it has to come from somewhere.

2)The amount raised is not good indicator of faith.
Dilution not a major issue, but the 5M oppies at 5c strike likely to have some downstream effect.

3) Cygnet back many companies, good - bad - otherwise.
Total fee, unknown at this stage.

4) No note about options being listed, or unlisted

Noticed i sold off my heads only, still have my oppies, therefore technically i'm still a holder!

5) The upside is they have bought time and keeps the minnow alive. This could go any where from here with the projects they have and tiny mkt cap.
